The Symphony Group uses a variety of assessment methods to determine strengths and improvement
opportunities for the individuals, teams, and organizations we serve. Our assessments not only pinpoint
current levels of performance and performance barriers, but also serve as a catalyst for on-going
behavioral change and improvement. In addition, our well-orchestrated assessments help us to
co-create (with you) a developmental journey that is specifically targeted to your or your team's
needs. To save time and money, many of our assessments can be completed via email or the
Internet.
