Erica Hawley McKee

Erica has coached all levels of the workforce, from senior executives to individual contributors and has created leadership development programs and experiences for teams and groups across diverse industries. She has a proven record of helping clients become better communicators and achieve a greater sense of purpose and balance in their lives. Erica’s style is direct and practical. She believes that enlightened leadership happens when we can lighten up, laugh at ourselves, and recognize we are all works in progress. Her clients appreciate her willingness to give honest feedback and to support them in cultivating new behaviors and habits toward their leadership and career goals. 

Erica’s work includes designing and delivering large-scale leadership development and culture change programs for her client organizations. She is known for helping leaders expand their credibility and connection within their specific organizational contexts. Erica has worked with many technical and subject matter experts in their fields—engineers, doctors, scientists, and attorneys. She has a passion for supporting these high achievers to expand their positive influence through cultivating learning networks, building collaborative teams, developing others, and enhancing their emotional and social intelligence. 

 Erica has a passion for experiential and action learning and is known for creating high-impact learning opportunities in unique venues such as sailing on the Chesapeake Bay and building a Habitat for Humanity house. She strives to create unique development opportunities where adults can learn best, recognizing that sometimes our best thinking and learning happens when we step away from the office and can see things from a new perspective.

Erica received a B.A. in Education and Cultural Anthropology from James Madison University and completed post-graduate work in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Development at JMU. Erica holds two graduate certificates in both Organization Development (2003) and Leadership Coaching (2008) from Georgetown University. She is a certified professional coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Carol Graser

Carol has a passion for discovering the untapped potential in people and organizations. Carol has held leadership positions in IBM, HP, Marriott and Caterair . She brings creative and innovative approaches and insight gained through these experiences to executive coaching, leadership development and transformation.
